Mr. Mirvis has held a valid C-53 #745521 California State Contractors License in good standing since 1989. Pool Surfacing 2000 can do everything around your pool, spa or fountain project to refresh your outdoor experience in a professional, responsible manner. Our surfaces are installed by our in-house technicians, many who have been with Pool Surfacing 2000 for over ten years.
